These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TipMyCo platform, including voucher purchases, bookings, cancellations, and user account management. By accessing or using TipMyCo, you agree to these terms.

As a user of this website (referred to as "you" and "your") you acknowledge that any order you make, is subject to our terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions for Voucher Sales

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all vouchers issued or sold by Dustbag Ltd T/A Tipmyco.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).

  • By purchasing, using, or redeeming a voucher, the customer (“you”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About TipMyCo

1.1. TipMyCo is an online platform that connects customers with participating businesses offering discounted voucher‑based services.
1.2. TipMyCo acts as a facilitator. The services redeemed using vouchers are provided directly by the participating business, not by TipMyCo.

2. User Accounts

2.1. To purchase or redeem vouchers, users must create an account with accurate and up‑to‑date information.
2.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
2.3. TipMyCo may suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms is suspected.

3. Voucher Purchases

3.1. Vouchers purchased through TipMyCo are issued electronically and delivered to the email address provided.
3.2. All voucher sales are final and
non‑refundable, except where required by law.
3.3. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
3.4. Vouchers are valid for new customers only, unless explicitly stated by the participating business.

4. Voucher Redemption

4.1. Vouchers may be redeemed only for the specific products or services listed.
4.2. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.
4.3. Redemption may require advance booking and is subject to the business’s availability.
4.4. The participating business is solely responsible for delivering the service associated with the voucher.
4.5. TipMyCo is not liable for any failure by a business to honour or fulfil a voucher.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

5.1. Booking requirements vary by business. Users must follow the instructions provided by the participating business.
5.2. Cancellation policies are set by the business, not TipMyCo. Users must adhere to the business’s cancellation terms.
5.3. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

6. Lost or Misplaced Vouchers

6.1. Users are responsible for storing their digital vouchers securely.
6.2. TipMyCo does not guarantee replacement of lost, deleted, or inaccessible voucher codes.

7. Business Listings and Accuracy

7.1. TipMyCo aims to ensure that all business information is accurate at the time of listing.
7.2. TipMyCo is not responsible for changes made by businesses after listing, including pricing, availability, or service details.

8. Prohibited Use

8.1. Users must not attempt to alter, duplicate, resell, or misuse vouchers.
8.2. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour may result in account suspension and voucher invalidation.

9. Liability

9.1. TipMyCo is not responsible for the performance, quality, or outcome of services provided by participating businesses.
9.2. TipMyCo’s liability is limited to the value of the voucher purchased.
9.3. TipMyCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Amendments

10.1. TipMyCo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
10.2. The version in effect at the time of voucher purchase will apply to that voucher.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

TipMyCo – Business Partner Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all businesses (“you”, “your”, “the Partner”) that list services, offers, or digital vouchers on the TipMyCo platform (“we”, “us”, “TipMyCo”). By creating a business account or submitting a listing, you agree to the following terms.

1. Partner Eligibility & Registration

1.1. To list on TipMyCo, you must provide accurate business information, including legal trading name, contact details, and service descriptions.
1.2. You are responsible for ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date.
1.3. TipMyCo reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove any business listing at its discretion.
1.4. Partners acknowledge that TipMyCo retains the full value of all voucher sales; Partners do not receive a share of voucher revenue.

2. Voucher Offers

2.1. Partners may offer discounted digital vouchers through the TipMyCo platform.
2.2. All voucher values, discount levels, and offer details must be accurate at the time of submission.
2.3. Vouchers must be honoured exactly as advertised, including the full value and service description.
2.4. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers must be valid for 12 monthsfrom the date of purchase.
2.5. Vouchers listed on TipMyCo are intended for new customers only, unless you explicitly choose to allow existing customers.
2.6. Partners understand that voucher sales are a customer‑acquisition mechanism and not a revenue‑generating product for the Partner.

3. Redemption & Service Delivery

3.1. You are solely responsible for delivering the service associated with each voucher.
3.2. Redemption may require advance booking; you must clearly communicate any booking requirements or restrictions.
3.3. You must make reasonable efforts to accommodate voucher customers within your normal availability.
3.4. You may not refuse service to a voucher holder unless there is evidence of misuse or breach of your stated terms.

4. Customer Experience & Conduct

4.1. Voucher customers must receive the same level of service as full‑price customers.
4.2. You must not impose additional charges unless clearly stated in the voucher description.
4.3. Any disputes between you and a customer must be handled professionally and promptly.

5. Payments & Fees

5.1. TipMyCo collects all payments for vouchers sold on the platform.
5.2. The full voucher payment is retained by TipMyCo; Partners do not receive any portion of the voucher sale.
5.3. Your benefit from participating in the platform is the opportunity to acquire new customers who redeem vouchers directly with your business.
5.4. You are responsible for any taxes associated with services you provide to customers who redeem TipMyCo vouchers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1. All voucher sales are final. Refunds are only issued where required by law or where TipMyCo determines exceptional circumstances apply.
6.2. If you are unable to fulfil a voucher due to business closure, staffing issues, or other operational problems, you must notify TipMyCo immediately.
6.3. TipMyCo may issue a replacement voucher or refund to the customer, and you may be liable for associated costs.

7. Listing Content & Intellectual Property

7.1. You grant TipMyCo permission to display your business name, logo, images, and service descriptions on the platform.
7.2. You confirm that all content you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use any images or branding submitted.
7.3. TipMyCo may edit or format your listing for clarity, consistency, or compliance.

8. Misuse & Compliance

8.1. You must not submit misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
8.2. You must not attempt to manipulate reviews, voucher sales, or platform functionality.
8.3. TipMyCo may suspend or remove your listing if misuse or breach of terms is suspected.

9. Liability

9.1. TipMyCo is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services you provide.
9.2. You agree to indemnify TipMyCo against claims arising from your service delivery, business operations, or customer interactions.
9.3. TipMyCo’s liability to you is limited to the total commission fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Amendments

10.1. TipMyCo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
10.2. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
